Why does it only work in the US?
Forecaster uses National Weather Service data, which covers the United States and its territories.
The forecast says location is off.
Open Settings › Forecaster › Location and choose "While Using the App". You can also add places by hand from the Places button.
My widget shows an old location.
Open Forecaster once so it can share your current location with the widget.
I'm not getting alerts.
Check Settings › Notifications › Forecaster, and make sure Background App Refresh is on for Forecaster.
